Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary Phoenix Physical Therapy is looking to add a full time or part time Physical Therapist Assistant to our staff in Swansea. New graduates and experienced PTA's are welcome to apply. You must be licensed in the State of Illinois. Responsibilities The successful candidate will conduct daily patient physical therapy treatment involving frequent interaction with both patients and physicians; provide patient care as prescribed by the referring physician based on the evaluation, assessment and design of the Physical Therapist; will assist with maintenance and updating of patient case files.
