Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Case Management for a travel contract position in Ashland, KY. This role involves working within diverse healthcare settings, focusing on comprehensive care management and collaboration with healthcare providers to create tailored care plans.

- Current KY RN License or Compact RN License
- HCHB experience
- 1 year home health experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Case Management certification
- Ability to analyze complex medical information
