Direct Support Professional - Student WorkerAre you over 18 and a current student looking to gain valuable experience while making a difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities? Hills & Dales in Dubuque has an exciting opportunity for you as a Student Worker Direct Support Professional.About Us:Hills & Dales is an organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for children and adults with disabilities. Make a Difference: Advocate for and support the well-being of individuals with disabilities.Responsibilities: Support individuals in daily activities such as walking, dressing, and engaging in social activities.Assist with personal care tasks and help clients achieve their goals.Provide transportation to appointments and participate in meal preparation.Ensure adherence to agency documentation policies to maintain service excellence and integrity.Requirements:Must be a student enrolled in a recognized education or certificate program to be hired in "Student Worker" status.Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Note: Non-students are encouraged to apply for other available positions.
