Compensation: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, Full-Time Evening

What You’ll Do

• Support the Outlets General Manager in overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including banquets & private dining functions
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest experience expectations
• Lead, coach, and support team members on shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing development of F&B staff
• Maintain strong floor presence to engage with guests, support service, and resolve concerns in real time
• Ensure quality and consistency of food, beverage, and overall service presentation
• Support beverage program execution, including wine, spirits, and cocktail standards
• Assist in managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost control efforts
• Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Participate in operational meetings and support cross-department collaboration

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest experience
• Ability to lead teams on the floor with confidence and professionalism
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic financial awareness including labor and cost control
• Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit and MAST certification
