Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) - Full-Time
Restore Health Psychiatric Clinic
Job Description
Position Overview\n
Restore Health Psychiatric Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specializing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for mental health professionals who are eager to make a genuine impact in the lives of adults seeking mental health support. With a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, our organization values the significant role that licensed therapists play in achieving positive patient outcomes.
About the Organization\nRestore Health Psychiatric Clinic is a leading community health clinic based in Roseville, California, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to diverse populations across the country. With an innovative online platform, we strive to connect licensed mental health professionals with clients in need of support, ensuring all encounters are purposeful and grounded in best practices. Our commitment to client well-being is at the forefront of our mission, making us a trusted resource in the mental health community.
Work Environment\nAs a remote organization, Restore Health promotes a flexible work environment, prioritizing work-life balance while ensuring that therapists maintain a high standard of care. Our virtual platform allows for comprehensive support, enabling you to focus exclusively on client interactions, free from unnecessary administrative burdens often associated with traditional settings. The serene nature of remote therapy sessions allows for a more comfortable and effective client experience.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, risks, and strengths, utilizing tools such as clinical interviews and standardized assessment measures. \n
- Design, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, utilizing methodologies rooted in psychotherapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Deliver effective individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere which encourages clients to engage deeply in their therapy. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, responding to urgent mental health issues with quick and compassionate care. \n
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings to enhance clinical skills, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and the latest industry practices. \n
The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services primarily to adult clients who are pre-screened and present with stable mental health conditions and low acuity levels. This allows therapists to concentrate on delivering meaningful care rather than managing crisis situations, ultimately fostering deeper therapeutic relationships and more effective outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues. \n
- Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach that supports clients on their mental health journeys. \n
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and administrative responsibilities efficiently. \n
- \n
- Previous experience working in a telehealth setting or with virtual platforms is advantageous. \n
- Expertise in specific therapy modalities or populations may be beneficial, including trauma-informed care or working with marginalized communities. \n
- A track record of ongoing professional development, particularly in mindfulness-based or holistic approaches to mental health. \n
- \n
- A competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
- Comprehensive healthcare benefits, offering medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your health and well-being. \n
