We're looking for a customer-focused team member to be the first point of contact for our service customers — answering calls, gathering job details, and getting work orders into the hands of the right technician quickly and accurately. You'll be working in a fast-paced commercial maintenance environment, coordinating between customers and field technicians all day.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
• Gather accurate information from customers regarding their service needs and work order requests
• Create and enter work orders based on customer information
• Route completed work orders to the appropriate technician in a timely manner
• Prepare and process customer invoices for completed work
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and vendors throughout the day
• Maintain accurate records within our service management software (Trimble Vista)
• Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth handoff of work orders

What You Bring

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both on the phone and in person
• A thick skin and even temperament — you'll be talking with a wide range of personalities, including direct, no-nonsense tradespeople, and won't take a gruff tone personally
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, especially during busy or high-call-volume periods
• Ability to gather and accurately document detailed information
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable learning new software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Basic invoicing or billing experience helpful, but not required

No Experience with Trimble Vista? No Problem.

We use Trimble Vista for our service management, and full training is provided. No prior experience with the software is required — we're looking for someone with the right customer service instincts, and we'll teach you the system.
