In this role, you will help strengthen the quality of services we provide by conducting audits and investigations, identifying trends, and partnering with programs to create meaningful improvements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence will help ensure the people we support receive high-quality, person-centered services. You'll be able to share your creativity and enthusiasm with others in a job that is rewarding and offers many opportunities to advance in your career.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of OPWDD experience or equivalent experience in quality improvement, auditing, evaluation, or investigations.
• Valid NYS driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to agency locations; occasional evening/weekend availability required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly OPWDD and NYS Justice Center standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and investigations, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
