### Urology Medical Director opportunity in Augusta, ME - Located 1 hour from Portland, ME### Job Description:

• Seeking a board eligible/board certified Urologist to join our well-established and highly collaborative urology practice.
\n
• This position is designed as a Medical Director succession opportunity, offering a clear pathway into future leadership for a physician interested in shaping the direction of urological care within our organization.
\n
• You will join a strong team of three physicians and four dedicated APPs, with a robust referral base serving both adult and pediatric populations.
\n
• The practice offers a full scope of urology, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted prostatectomies, along with other advanced minimally invasive techniques.
\n
• While initially focused on clinical practice, this role provides intentional mentorship and leadership development, with gradual integration into administrative responsibilities in preparation for a future Medical Director role.
\n
• Call responsibilities are very manageable at 1:6 weekends and one weekday per week, supporting a sustainable and balanced schedule.
\n
• 4-day clinical work week supporting true work-life balance
