Seasonal Team Lead - Westchester

Louis Vuitton Westchester is seeking a motivated & client centric Seasonal Team Lead to join our team! As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the Brand and will assist the Store Director and Team Managers to mentor and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. Job responsibilities With a focused and entrepreneurial attitude you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results. Essential duties and responsibilities of a Team Lead include: Client and Business Development Selling and Floor Management Team Support and Development Optional: Champion a Product Category Operations The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate with the range of USD $36.00 - $39.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
