Monster Energy is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Specialist to manage benefits administration, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and related HR projects. You will ensure compliance with laws and company policies while collaborating with the HR team and employees. This role supports open enrollment, audits, and ongoing inquiries, coordinating with payroll and providers.
