Technical Operations Lead

Own the internal systems and tooling the company runs on. Keep operations reliable, connected, and fast as Liftify scales. What you’ll do Own the internal tooling and systems that keep the business running day to day. Design and automate the operational workflows across Customer, Sales, and Product. Integrate the internal stack so data flows cleanly between systems. Set standards for reliability, access, and process, and hold the team to them. What we’re looking for 4+ years in technical operations, revenue operations, or systems administration. Hands-on experience integrating and automating SaaS tools. A systems thinker who turns manual work into reliable process. Clear communicator who works across every team. Nice to have Scripting or light development skills. Experience scaling operations in an early, fast-moving company.
