Bilingual Customer Advocate

Job Details:
Employment Type: Full Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
Work Environment: 100% remote work opportunity
Requirements:
Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
Genuine passion for improving the lives of others
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations, related medical services, remote technical fields, or a related field
Proficiency in various web-based platforms and tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote
Desired Experience:
Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health
Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
Proven success in remote customer care roles, especially in complex and high-volume environments

Job Details:
Schedule: 8-hour shift. Training: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). Pay: Starting rate of $19.00/hour / starting rate of $19.00/hour for bilingual candidates; plus bonus opportunities.
