Patient Care CoordinatorHealthy Connections Community Health Network is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our Texarkana Team.The RoleAs a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our medical office crew. Your responsibilities will involve handling crucial clerical tasks that ensure patients are prepared for their visits, payment arrangements are in place, and reappointments are scheduled when needed.
