The unit provides care for a diverse group of patients and is organized to support optimal patient recovery and care. Number of Beds: 36 beds Number of Staff: 55 employees Day Shift Staff: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary Night Shift Staff: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 2 Techs Patient Ratios: 1:6 Type of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs EMR System: Meditech General Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for post-operative patients. Monitor and maintain drains and wound care management. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Required: BLS certification Preferred Skills: Experience with post-operative patient care. Proficient in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management. Dress Code The dress code for this position requires navy blue and white scrubs. Hoodies, pull-overs, and T-shirts are not permitted.
