Lead cleaner position seeking a self-motivated, energetic, neat in appearance, honest individual who will appreciate the opportunity to team quality clean assigned residential homes using on the job trained skills and proper procedures with our supplies. Transportation from office to work sites provided but you must be able to get to the office and home after your shift. Hours needed from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. Job requirements: responsible for overseeing crews, double checking work, managing people, training. Must have a cell phone and reliable transportation. Love cleaning, making customers feel good and making money. Must be able to perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, kitchen, bathroom, and floor cleaning. Must have the ability to walk up and down stairs, lift 30 lbs chest high, reach from floor to tops of doors, follow written and verbal instructions, dust small items without breakage. This person will communicate pleasantly with clients and co-workers, work in a team setting, be honest and dependable always. Must read, write, and speak English. Team leads and assistant team leads must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance. Must be a team player and follow all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. EOE and drug free.
