Litigation Solicitor

Gilbert Levy @ Bridgeport (“GLB”), a partnership of established insurance-defense practitioners located in Tigard, Oregon, is currently seeking an Oregon and Washington licensed Attorney to join our growing practice. We represent insurance carriers, insureds, and individuals in defense of Construction, Injury and Professional Liability claims in Oregon and Washington. GLB seeks candidates who are responsible, responsive, knowledgeable, creative, professional and who thrive in a supportive team environment. The firm is looking for an Oregon and Washington licensed Attorney who would enjoy working within our uniquely congenial office environment, with a commitment to long-term and advancement in the firm. As an Attorney at GLB, you will provide legal representation to clients in the defense of moderate to complex construction defect lawsuits. Case management begins from the initial stages of filing responsive pleadings through discovery and ultimately trial. Your case management responsibility includes developing and implementing strategies for all stages of litigation while collaborating with our claims partners and clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing necessary legal documentation, conducting depositions, investigating/researching, and evaluating cases for settlement, arbitration, and trial.
