Responsibilities Provide professional services including haircuts, color and highlights, waxing and specialty services. Deliver exceptional guest service with quality consultations, and perform requested services in a professional and efficient manner. Participate in ongoing training and education; the company supports attendance at seminars and recertification to stay current with trends. Utilize proprietary tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results. Qualifications Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understand guest needs, and perform services accordingly Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, closing out procedures, and light housekeeping duties Physical Requirements Standing for sustained periods of time Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services Ability to observe guest hair, including close vision and color vision Ability to communicate with guests regarding services offered and requested #J-18808-Ljbffr Supercuts, Inc.
