Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch – 86‑day program that teaches all you need to know to become a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent completes or closes 3.4 transactions during this time. Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments, using ongoing certifications to upskill and maintain productivity rhythms each month. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards—Morning Power‑Ups with the Team. Participate in team activities per team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and a Partner Call— we are always learning and improving our skills. Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes. Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing‑related services. Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers. Track all activities and clients in PLACE Technology—a CRM database to manage calls and appointments. Qualifications Team player. Must have a Florida Real Estate License. 3+ years of real estate sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Learning‑based, growth‑minded. Organized.
