Position Overview

Looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as a Sales Representative - Team Member. Some insurance experience is not required; we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities

Performs retention, sales support, and new business activities. Duties include making telephone calls, receiving and working with customers, lead calling, and entering data into the CRM. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities, and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include:

• Calling on customers
• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
• Product presentation.
• Dispense brochures.
• Update policyholders’ contact information while pivoting to new products
• And more..

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and have a track record of excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Must be able to work 8 hours a day without being on a cell phone, unless for emergencies.
• Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
• Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
• Property and Casualty license
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
