Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

The Outside Sales Representative drives business growth by actively acquiring clients and managing customer relationships within a designated regional territory. This role involves frequent local travel to promote and sell services and consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop new client accounts
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to promote repeat business
Manage assigned sales territory to optimize coverage and sales opportunities
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Achieve or exceed sales targets within set timeframes
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience
Proficiency with sales techniques and CRM tools
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
Customer service orientation and dependability
