Associate Director, International Marketing & Commercial Operations, Oncology
AbbVie
Associate Director supporting international marketing strategy development and execution for oncology products at AbbVie. Reports to the Director of Brand team for Multiple Myeloma, collaborating across functions to drive business results and competitive readiness in international markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies and competitive readiness plans for international markets
- Analyze product, brand, customer, and market data to frame business problems and build marketing plans
- Direct research efforts and monitor international marketing programs within budget constraints
- Develop and articulate executable marketing strategies with clinical and financial support
- Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of promotional tactics and optimize business plans
Requirements
- Strong leadership competencies including influence management and consensus-building
- Proven expertise in interpersonal change management and culture change
- Business writing and oral communication skills with presentation development experience
- Project management, planning, and time management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations and motivate cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel at least 15% internationally
- Attention to detail and understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines
