Breakfast Staff

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Breakfast Staff to join our team and assist with the daily operation of our Buffet Service. The Breakfast Staff will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting the hotel guests with various tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have strong teamwork skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards and recipes for buffet service
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have
• Handle customer concerns with grace and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
