We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Larchmont, NY area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, directs workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, ensures customer satisfaction and strives to meet expectations.
