Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Bentonville, AR! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections. Collect, process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Verify patient identification and ensure specimen labeling accuracy. Obtain patient signatures and complete required documentation. Follow established procedures for clinical and forensic specimen collection. Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance standards. Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment. Demonstrate organizational commitment and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and colleagues. Support Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as business needs require. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required. Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record. *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
