Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education license
• Previous experience serving students with SLD and/or ASD preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for 7th and 8th grade students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods as necessary
• Create a structured, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
• Maintain records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
