Human Touch Home Care is seeking an Administrator to function as an exceptional Admin Manager, overseeing care management, quality assurance and compliance for home care services, and directing the interdisciplinary team (IDT). The Administrator/LPN will review and update care plans and documentation while maintaining accurate records, establish goals to advance the agency’s quality and regulatory compliance, and implement standards to ensure excellent delivery of home health care. Work as a team to uphold the company’s mission, vision and core values. Develop, maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Promote and champion employee and patient safety and well‑being. Monitor/audit staff practices and implementation for quality assurance. Evaluate the caregiver program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrator‑level experience in home healthcare. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/manager. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health‑related field preferred. Licensed Practical Nurse (preferred). Prior experience with computer/software‑driven quality programs is a plus. Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task effectively.
