Marketing Account Manager

ProMedia Group is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts while coordinating projects across internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with agency, communications, marketing, or client service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and relationships simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Lead client communication, meetings, and ongoing relationship management Coordinate projects and timelines across internal teams, including Digital Ads, Web, Video, and Creative Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Assist with content creation for social media, newsletters, marketing campaigns, and print collateral Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with client goals Help identify opportunities for continued client growth and marketing initiatives Maintain strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail across all client work Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Communicates professionally and confidently Is highly organized and detail‑oriented Can manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively Thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment Understands both marketing strategy and execution Enjoys relationship‑building and problem‑solving Qualifications Professional experience in marketing, account management, communications, customer service, or project coordination preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills required Experience managing projects, timelines, or client relationships preferred Social media, content writing, or digital marketing experience preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced agency environment Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred Tools & Platforms Experience with tools such as Basecamp, Canva/Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or similar marketing/project management platforms is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr ProMedia Group
