Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic Location: Madison, WI (campus) – Relocation assistance available. Join Epic as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney, supporting our expanding global operations and engaging in complex litigation across multiple practice areas, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. Responsibilities include: Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risk across various domains. Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including multi‑million dollar disputes. Provide proactive risk mitigation and strategic legal advice. Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with US and international legal frameworks. Grow with the organization, taking on increased responsibility as you broaden your knowledge of the healthcare technology industry. Qualifications: JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Strong academic and professional background; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills. Attention to detail, creativity and collaborative mindset. COVID‑19 vaccination required. Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
