Associate Warehouse

Warehouse Logistics ManagerResponsible for managing the outbound logistics of the warehouse. The candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Bill of Lading and Dock Management. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the On Road Transportation of the warehouse. The candidate should have strong computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesUtilizing Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPUtilizing SAPPerform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipmentMark materials with identifying informationOpen boxes and other containers when necessaryPick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codesRecord amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventoryArrange stock parts in specific order for assemblyCommunicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisorLoading/Unloading cargo trucksMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Ability to give voice commands in English may be requiredMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudProficient in Microsoft ExcelSchedule 6:00am -2:30pm some weekends
