Digital Solutions - Automation & Analytics - Senior Developer

Position Overview We are looking for experienced integration specialists to join Connor Group’s finance and digital solutions team. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration solutions using iPaaS platforms such as DellBoomiAtomSphere and Workato, and supporting clients across cloud and on‑premise environments. Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between 3rd‑party applications. Manage, monitor, sustain, troubleshoot, and support existing integration implementations. Support developers and architects in creating design, development and maintenance documentation. Adapt and implement methodologies and processes. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal IT partners. Lead unit testing, configuration, business readiness, and production support. Document client system integration and reporting needs. Build integrations and/or configure API or endpoint connection points. Identify integration methods (middleware or custom) and build transformation logic (data cleansing, aggregation, grouping, joins/merges, elimination). Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in integration. 2+ years of experience with iPaaS integration technologies and implementation of Workato or DellBoomi with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other major cloud platforms. Experience with SaaS products and technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, and JSON. Strong knowledge of web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, Ability to work on agile implementations and collaborate with customers to understand requirements. Proficiency in documenting integration solutions and transformation logic.
