About the Role

The Company is in search of an inaugural Senior Vice President of Advancement to spearhead a new era of philanthropic growth. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in advancement, particularly in the context of a complex, matrixed organization. The role demands a leader who can design and execute an innovative strategy for corporate philanthropy, aligning with the company's mission to advance student success, workforce development, and institutional sustainability. The SVP will also be responsible for leading the vision and timeline for the next advancement campaign, which is expected to elevate the company's visibility and expand engagement across the community.
