This role requires adherence to all safety regulations, completion of required documentation, and flexibility to meet customer demands.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport trailers to assigned destinations safely and efficientlyAdhere to all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulationsLoad and unload trailers as requiredComplete all required documentation (pre/post-trip inspections, work tickets, electronic logs)Operate vehicles in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsParticipate in required trainings, meetings, and safety briefingsWork outside normal schedules as needed to meet operational demandsPerform additional duties as assignedComplete respirator fit testing requirementsJob Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Reliable and accountable in completing assigned dutiesAdaptable to changing environments and operational needsStrong decision-making skills with sound judgmentAbility to understand and comply with policies, regulations, and proceduresEffective communication skills in English for safety and operational instructionsMinimum Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of verifiable CDL Class A driving experienceValid CDL Class A licensePreferred Qualifications6 months of sand hauling experience (Preferred)Additional Details (Working Conditions & Physical Demands)Frequent: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, grasping. Occasional: reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Repetitive hand and finger movements are required. Visual acuity and hearing required. Light physical work classification. 100% travel required. Extended shifts (over 8 hours typical). Outdoor and indoor work environments. Exposure to extreme weather conditions (heat/cold). High noise levels. Exposure to dust, fumes, and other atmospheric conditions. Work around moving equipment and other operational hazards. Respirator fit test required.
