About this position The Team Member Health Supervisor provides structure, guidance and direct oversight to the occupational health and safety team. The scope of this team includes management of occupational health and safety including, but not limited to injury prevention, ergonomics, respiratory protection, vaccination programs, medical surveillance, medical clearance, health monitoring, pre-placement/post-offer evaluations, fitness for duty, reasonable suspicion, hearing conservation, workplace violence and other occupational health related programs. This position is responsible for assuring unmatched service for our teams and leaders, compliant and efficient work flows in a positive work environment. Requirements Education Experience 3 to 5 years’ experience working on occupational health and safety programs. 2 or more years’ experience supervising teams preferred.
