Job Summary Manages the performance of all aspects of Front End Operations, including cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll. Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store. Minimum Required Qualifications: The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: • Directly supervises cashiers, bookkeepers, front-end supervisors. • Associate Degree (A.A.) from two-year College or university; Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills a must. Background in store operations and work scheduling required. • Ability to read and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The associate if frequently required to walk, stand for a minimum of 4 hours and sit. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Essential Job Functions: Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Team Member to possess the minimum qualifications listed below.
