This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a team that leads with agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.32 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Sat 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site‑specific access control procedures and security‑related policies at an automotive location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor processing, and help control access to restricted areas in accordance with post instructions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity or security‑related concerns. Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and access logs, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and suspicious behavior through established channels. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
