Rheumatologist Position

The Division of Rheumatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai School is seeking a full-time Board-certified/Board-eligible Rheumatologist.

This position will involve providing consultation for inpatient services and clinics at the world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai's Department of Medicine is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. The division embraces the mission of Icahn School of Medicine by pursuing an integrative approach to patient care, research, and education. We pursue all dimensions of these three components, considering them inseparable elements of the art and science of medicine.

The position involves both outpatient Rheumatology care and inpatient consultation and participation in the education and training of fellows, residents and medical students. A competitive salary and benefits package and academic title is offered commensurate with experience. The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is one of the largest employers in New York City. Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
• Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Compensation range from 250K to 300K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
