Program Assistant

Looking for a Program Assistant supporting the Energy Savings Assistance Program. Responsible for QC of incoming invoices from a 3rd party vendor in California. Role includes intake processing, data verification and validation, ensuring numbers match, and applying correct measures.

Level I: 02 Years of Experience. Support the daily operations of assigned programs. Maintain program documentation and records. Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas. Assist with budget tracking and reporting. Respond to inquiries from stakeholders. Update program databases and spreadsheets. Help organize program-related events. Prepare materials for training and outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Program Assistant / Project Coordinator / Program Support experience with emphasis on invoicing
• Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and fast learner
• High school diploma required (no Bachelor's degree required)
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP

Preferred:

• No healthcare or construction background
• Prefers someone who has worked in big corporations or companies who knows corporate team structure. (e.g., Chase, Farmers, Healthcare, Client, etc.)
• Veterans strongly preferred
