As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving electrical and mechanical systems that support manufacturing and production facilities. You'll work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with all applicable standards.

Industrial Electrician Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Install, modify, and commission industrial machinery, control panels, and electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and support production efficiency.
• Utilize a CMMS to document work orders, PMs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Job Type:

• Direct Hire

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 6:30am- 4:30pm
• Mandatory overtime

Compensation:

• $40–$50/hour (based on experience and license level)

Industrial Electrician Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician-level experience with 5+ years in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across production equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and automation.
• Experience with controls and automation platforms such as Allen-Bradley and AutomationDirect.
• Working knowledge of high voltage and voltage 2000 amp- 4000 amp equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air systems, and basic fabrication or welding.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
