What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care for PCU patients in a high-acuity environment
• Monitor vital signs, infusion therapies, and advanced respiratory support (airvo, bipap)
• Administer medications, including high acuity drips, as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Attend required orientations and participate in unit-specific training

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license and certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU RN experience
• Skilled in high acuity care, drips, arterial lines, and respiratory support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and work major holidays as scheduled
