This role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Basic manual machine adjustments and check 1st piece for operation. Start machinery and make minor adjustments when necessary. Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions. Manufacturing a variety of components to support the build process of the final product. Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance. Ability to interpret basic paperwork, build tickets, etc. Perform quality checks throughout machining process to ensure parts are correct for customer satisfaction. Daily reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Clean machinery and maintain daily Housekeeping procedures in the work area. Learn a variety of wood types depending on the department. Lockout-tagout training and other safety practices may be required to operate any machine. Required to notify production lead person or Supervisor of a problem or issue. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with other employees. Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience. Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing and time management. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and timely completion of tasks.
