Responsibilities Include: Providing direct care to residents Medication administration Assessments Thorough documentation Notifying physicians of changes in patients’ statuses Qualifications: A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license Current CPR certification Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
