We are seeking a passionate, ethical, and proactive professional to join our Frontera Management Team as a Lead Server!

Frontera is a casual dining Mexican restaurant concept that has been serving metro Atlanta families since 1987. Our dedication to service and quality food has remained the same over the years and we are so proud to continuously receive recognition from our community, including several accolades for best Mexican food in Gwinnett, Rockdale, Henry, Fulton, and Cobb Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facility opening and closing procedures.
• Manage all personnel on each shift.
• Oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the GM is off duty.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure those daily cash drawers, and credit cards are balanced.
• Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
• Achieve operational objectives.
• Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Skills:

• 2+ years of Restaurants.
• 1+ years of Leadership Experience.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
