We are seeking a passionate, ethical, and proactive professional to join our Frontera Management Team as a Lead Server!

Frontera is a casual dining Mexican restaurant concept that has been serving metro Atlanta families since 1987. Responsibilities:

• Perform facility opening and closing procedures.
• Manage all personnel on each shift.
• Oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the GM is off duty.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure those daily cash drawers, and credit cards are balanced.
• Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
• Achieve operational objectives.
• Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.

Skills:

• 2+ years of Restaurants.
• 1+ years of Leadership Experience.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
