About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Required WI/Compact Certifications: Required BLS Must-Have: Experience with heavy robotics, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, plastics, ENT, eye, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery. Willingness to be on call on a rotating basis, which may include 2-3 days a week and every 4-5 weekends. Description: Start date is June 29, 2026. Available shifts are 5x8 hours during the day. First-time travelers are accepted. Orientation includes 8 hours of training. Candidate must possess experience in robotics and the specified surgical specialties. Call needs to be covered if time off coincides with call days. Required skills include abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic procedures, and various fusion surgeries. Candidates should be familiar with the Da Vinci Xi surgical system and have experience with specific robotic and orthopedic procedures. Facility staff operate within a heavy robotic program encompassing multiple specialties. All staff members participate in call rotations, covering either first call or second call. Weekly call responsibilities include being on call during specified hours. Candidates must provide two supervisor references after an offer is extended. Epic charting system experience is preferred. The facility cannot accommodate latex allergies. Travel pairs are accepted, and modules are non-billable if completed within the first hours of orientation.
