Pediatrician Position at Silverdale Medical Center

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time 0.5 FTE Pediatrician to join our Silverdale Medical Center team in Silverdale, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. An inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support will cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $260,772 to $306,791 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience). There is also an annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals. New hire incentives include a signing bonus of up to 10% of base salary up to $30,000 and a relocation allowance up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer).

Qualifications include a medical degree MD/DO, BC/BE Pediatrics or Internal Med/Peds, ability to obtain an unrestricted federal DEA, and ability to obtain a WA state medical license.
