Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled, dedicated, and customer-focused Plumber to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems and fixtures for residential and commercial clients. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, strong problem-solving, and outstanding customer service. This position offers a competitive Draw vs. Commission compensation plan, providing financial stability with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing services: maintenance, emergency repairs, drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repair/replacement, water heater (tank/tankless) installation/repair, and fixture installation.
- Accurately diagnose issues and clearly communicate solutions and upfront pricing to customers.
- Install/maintain water supply, waste disposal, and gas lines per codes.
- Conduct inspections; adhere to all codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and manage truck stock.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services.
- Uphold company commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years verifiable plumbing experience (residential/commercial).
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication to explain technical info clearly and empathetically.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, organized, committed to quality work and satisfaction.
- Availability: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
