Opportunity:
Dentistry – General Dentistry

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• See 16-18 patients per day with a 50/50 split between pediatric and adult patients
• Must be willing and able to treat patients of all ages
• Minimum 3-month commitment required with option to extend – no exceptions
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Active DEA required prior to start date
• Active California dental license required – no other state licenses accepted
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30-60 days; six weeks is standard for timely applicants
• BLS certification required
• The following immunizations are required prior to start date: Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days of start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
• Nearest airport is ACV (California Redwood Coast – Humboldt County Airport)
• Housing assistance may be available through the facility
