Responsibilities Process vehicle titles and all documentation related to vehicle purchases and sales Complete title transfers accurately and in a timely manner Work directly with county clerk offices to process transfer documents Assist with collecting and paying taxes Issue refund checks when necessary Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with Kentucky and Indiana title regulations Support office operations and assist with additional administrative duties as assigned Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous automotive title experience required Knowledge of Kentucky and Indiana title laws preferred Bookkeeping or accounting background is a plus Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently Must maintain a good driving record Why Join Our Auto Group?
