Security Officer Radio Dispatch

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for assistance, prioritize incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Document routine activity, incidents, and service requests in logs and/or reporting systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management as needed.; Coordinate responses to alarms, suspicious activity, medical situations, and/or other critical events by gathering details, relaying information, and helping to support an organized response.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to observe conditions, report concerns, and support security-related operations across the location.
