About Sofive Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, a new kind of soccer center. We make "the beautiful game" more available to soccer and fitness enthusiasts by providing easy access to high-quality, all-season 5-a-side centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art soccer centers—modern sport complexes with small-sided fields. We currently have 22 sites and many more in the pipeline. Job Title Manager on Duty Location Sofive Soccer Centers – Brooklyn Job Description The Manager on Duty oversees daily operations of a Sofive Soccer facility, ensuring customer needs are met with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary. Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a customer-focused environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions. Knowledge of basic computer software. Organizational skills. Pay Range 20 - 20 USD per year (Brooklyn) #J-18808-Ljbffr
