Estate Planning AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 2+ years of experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, or trust administration to join the team. This client facing role offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and strong administrative support.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct estate planning consultations, strategy development, signing meetings, and annual client review meetings.Advise clients on wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, living wills, and related planning strategies.Handle probate and estate administration matters and review and edit estate planning documents.Collaborate with paralegals, workflow coordinators, case managers, and administrative staff to manage workflow, scheduling, billing coordination, and client matters.Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners while independently managing a diverse caseload and multiple files.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar membership in good standing.2+ years of experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, trust administration, or closely related practice areas.Prior law firm experience with the ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.Excellent communication, client relationship, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal, public speaking, and time management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive compensation with performance based bonus potential.Health insurance coverage.Life insurance benefits.401(k) retirement plan.Paid vacation and opportunities for community and charitable involvement.
